Last month the nation celebrated Valentine’s Day with waiting hearts bursting at the seams just wanting to say in such a deep sincere personal way to that very special someone that “they are loved, adored and treasured” on this one special day of the year. But God’s love is given and shown everyday and is always in season.
The fact is that because Valentine’s Day is usually associated with an intimate romantic relationship kind of love. Many who are not in such a relationship of that nature may find themselves feeling “left out” as if they are “on the outside looking in” feeling sad and lonely”.
For those reasons and more; Valentine’s Day and any other Holiday maybe a hard pill for many to swallow. Therefore, please remember and embrace this intimate message with all your heart; that with Jesus every day is a “love celebration” because Jesus is the essence and the fulfillment of love itself in action.
God’s love is unmatched, unwavering and unconditional. Because of that, God wants you to know that with Him every day is “a special Day”. Because He loves you, just as you are every day in every way with a bond that can never be broken.
He shows His love in action to you for you to see, taste and experience in real time just how loved and special you are. And for you to known for a fact that as vividly stated in Romans 8:38-39: For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, (39) Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Easter comes this year on March 31st 2024. And that beautiful miracle which debuted in a manger on that first Christmas Morning then later came to fruition on an old rouged cross when our Lord and Savior willingly gave His life so that we can have ours more abundantly here and now on earth and one day forever with Him in “Glory”.
Jesus act of obedience to God the Father fulfilled that scripture of John 3:16 which says: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, so that whosoever believe in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. And to the world was shown no greater love. For His unconditional love was vividly displayed as He gave His life “to set those in captivity free”.
Therefore, this Day, this Easter and every day of the year, know for sure that Jesus, the one who created you loves you intimately and unconditionally no matter what; And He sends love notes every day. You just have to be sensitive to His Spirit and receive them.
