“Patience is a venture that’s “what many folks may say. But I’m sure that they are not the ones that have to stand in line for hours to get anything done, or wait on hold seemingly all day just to get a question answered or to pay a bill. However, truth is; Patience is one of the nine fruits of the spirit and it is true, patience is a virtue. A quality that we all should have that helps us to evolve and grow into the person that God would like for us to be.
Patience is the ability to keep your flesh quiet and under control is a divine training tool. To teach, mold and strengthen us as only God can do. As He continues to lead and guide our walk. Patience is a must in any endeavor that requires any length of preparation, training and development and following through.
Patience develops character, insight and wisdom that leads to a better more peaceful quality of life and the ability to appreciate and embrace the deeper more complex, misunderstood and rejected things of life. Patience is God’s way of saying; Life was not meant to be lived in a flash, or a moment. “It takes time for things to mature and grow and to accomplish what really matters.
Patience is a virtue because it gives us the ability to stand and endure the process of life that must take place for certain things to come forth. It is proof that delayed rewards doesn’t mean you won’t get your reward. Many times, it means that your reward will be even bigger and much better than it would have been if you had gotten it on time. NEWS FLASH!! Patience is the flesh in training.

Supportive Poem:
Patience
by Michelle Born
This word is a given
It’s inside yourself to have this for living,
Patience is a virtue
You are tested everyday of your life and this is so true,
It doesn’t come easy
Especially if you are really busy,
Patience is something you learn with time
Don’t worry if you never have it is not a crime,
But, if you learn it as you go along
It is better to have patience because it makes you strong,
We all need at least a little patience
Because throughout life you will be tested in different situations,
Roll with the flow and take it as it comes
It will all seem normal one day and it will be fun.
Scripture: Romans 10:9-10 KJV:
- That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved.
- For with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness; with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.
Brief prayer:
Lord Jesus, I believe that you died on the cross for my sins and was raised from the dead. I now repent of my sins and ask that you come into my life and save me, creating the vessel you desire for me to be in Jesus’s name, Amen!
