We will be celebrating Thanksgiving the holiday “in just a few days”. But our love, reverence, thanks and honor for God and each other should be every day. Folks are buying their cranberry sauce, Turkeys and stuffing mix. All for that annual gathering of family, friends and feasting. Just to fellowship with each other and focus on giving praise, glory and honor to almighty God for His goodness, mercy and divine protection. For bringing them all together again and through many challenges and unexpected events.

Grateful beyond measure to see and celebrate another Thanksgiving with growth of spirit and unconditional love divine. Craving more the unseen then the scene, the revealed that some folks have called the real. Being thankful everyday for the joy that fills their soul, giving peace that only God gives and for His to behold.

Yes, in just a few days Thanksgiving will be here. But with God’s help, thanksgiving can and should be every day.  For with Jesus, the one who brought grace, mercy and truth gave the peace from which the place for thanksgiving was birthed and nurtured. Yes, my brothers and sisters, in just a few days Thanksgiving will be here and by God’s grace when it does, this time please, never let go!!

Supportive Poem:

Gathered in Gratitude

by Kristin Zace

In cozy rooms, with laughter’s sound,
Family gathers all around.
From near and far, on this sweet day,
We come together, hearts to stay.
The table’s set, the candles glow,
A warmth that only kinfolk know.
Each smile, each hand, a precious sight,
Reflecting love in autumn’s light.
We give our thanks for moments here,
For stories shared, for love so near.
Through every season, come what may,
We hold this joy, our holiday.
Voices blend in gentle cheer,
For memories old and new this year.
Gratitude in every glance,
In this familiar, cherished dance.
Here we linger, soft and true,
Bound by bonds, forever new.
Together, blessed, in harmony,
On this day of thanks, in unity.
Family gathered, close and dear
In love, in joy, we’re held right here.

Beloved, If you want to develop a personal relationship with this Jesus or rededicate your life to Him, please read and embrace the scripture below, then repeat the brief prayer under the scripture

Scripture: Romans 10:9-10 KJV:

  • That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved.
  • For with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness; with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.

Brief prayer:
Lord Jesus, I believe that you died on the cross for my sins and was raised from the dead. I now repent of my sins and ask that you come into my life and save me, creating the vessel you desire for me to be in Jesus’s name, Amen!
