This is one of several of my poems where I was able to see a new beginning. The light at the end of the tunnel was getting closer, but the experiences I had prior to being able to see a breakthrough will always stay with me, especially the knowledge that God was the only reason for my victory. This knowledge and faith pushes me forward to share the good news that God is love and that He is no respecter of persons. What He did for me, He’ll do for you, just invite Him into your heart and life.

The Call of Faith

Gray are the days that I’ve endured,
gloomy are the nights that seemed to never end,
that flows into morning to begin all over again.

Even though this chapter is over,
the sun will soon be shining through
the memories of past events
will always linger affecting everything I do.

Emerging out of the darkness better than before,
more sensitive to others seeing things
through and through,
never looking back with a negative view
closer to God than ever,
because He’s the one that
brought me through into the light
and in His presence I will grow,
forever His child being led by Him,
everywhere I go and to the world I wish to show
the love of my Father so others can know He is no
respecter of persons,

He’ll be to you what He is to me.

You only need to have faith and invite Him in,
because He stands patiently at your door,
just waiting to come in.

Scripture to stand on:

Hebrew 11:1 KJV:
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Beloved, If you want to develop a personal relationship with this Jesus or rededicate your life to Him, please read and embrace the scripture below, then repeat the brief prayer under the scripture

Scripture: Romans 10:9-10 KJV:

  • That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved.
  • For with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness; with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.

Brief prayer:
Lord Jesus, I believe that you died on the cross for my sins and was raised from the dead. I now repent of my sins and ask that you come into my life and save me, creating the vessel you desire for me to be in Jesus’s name, Amen!

Beloved, if you have just said the above prayer. I want to welcome you into the Family of God and send you some free material to help you in your faith walk, so please email me immediately at [email protected], to share your life-changing decision that will last for all eternity.
