1st Peter, chapter 4:8 is the “red carpet” of truth, which states: Love covers a multitude of sins. Another Bible version says. For love makes up for many of your faults. Any situation, or circumstances seen through the eyes of love will immediately experience a change. For love makes up for many of your faults. With compassion, empathy, love and forgiveness that will lessen the sting of bitterness, anger, hurt, unforgiveness and any pain to transgressions that tries to control you and bring you down. To doing what Jesus has commanded us to do and that is to love one another regardless. Love covers a multitude of sins because it is more powerful in every way because it is the cleansing, restoring, forgiving, grace our Lord Jesus Christ.

Supporting Scriptures:

1 Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.

Supportive Poem:

Love

By Bobigene Pack

Love is the healing balm that never goes away,
it is the essence of Jesus on full display,
living and moving in and through
His willing and obedient vessels with unconditional love,
grace and mercy too.
He is always there,
everyday in every way,
Changing lives, giving hope
and Paving the way.

Scripture: Romans 10:9-10 KJV:

  • That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved.
  • For with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness; with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.

Brief prayer:
Lord Jesus, I believe that you died on the cross for my sins and was raised from the dead. I now repent of my sins and ask that you come into my life and save me, creating the vessel you desire for me to be in Jesus’s name, Amen!
