God said in his word in Isaiah 55:11 KJV: “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: “it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I send it”. So, rest assured my friend, God will do what he said he will do.

Why? Because in Numbers 23:19 KJV plainly states “God is not a man, that He should lie”. This knowledge should comfort all of us and assure you that you can stand on God’s word, no matter what. It will never fail and he will never fail you.

Therefore, when God speaks to your heart and give you an assignment, don’t try questioning it or giving excuses. Just receive it, embrace it and put one foot in front of the other and just walk it out. Because it will surely come to pass.

Why? Because God, like the song” Way Maker” by various artist, so beautifully puts it: God is not only “a way maker” but he is a promise keeper as well. As stated in Hebrews 13:5 “I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee”. This promises like any of the others, God will never break.

So go boldly into the unknown with fearless convictions because God is with you and he is guiding your every move with his watchful eye. Because your assignment is already done. You only have to just trust and believe and step by sometimes very weak and unsteady step walk it out.

His Vessel;

Numbers 23:19 KJV

Hebrews 13:5 KJV
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

He Makes No Mistakes

by A.M. Overton

My Father’s way may twist and turn,
My heart may throb and ache,
But in my soul I’m glad to know,
He makes no mistakes,

My cherished plans may go astray,
My hopes may fade away,
But still I’ll trust my Lord to lead,
For He doth know the way,

Though the night be dark and it may seem,
That day will never break,
I’ll pin my faith, my all in Him,
He makes no mistake,

There’s so much now I cannot see,
My eyesight’s far too dim,
But come what may, I’ll simply trust,
And leave it all to Him,

For by and by the mist will lift,
And plain it all He’ll make,
Through all the way, though dark to me,
He made not one mistake.

Scripture: Romans 10:9-10 KJV:

  • That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved.
  • For with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness; with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.

Brief prayer:
Lord Jesus, I believe that you died on the cross for my sins and was raised from the dead. I now repent of my sins and ask that you come into my life and save me, creating the vessel you desire for me to be in Jesus’s name, Amen!
