Standing on the side of the road of life, watching others pass you by. Sometimes wondering why. But never regretting the process for I know that my sovereign God was and is still in control. My position in life does not take away my destiny and the purpose that God almighty has for me.

Where I am today is not where I will stay for my Lord has a better plan and place for me to be. To be the Vessel that He had created me to be to reflect his goodness and unconditional love to the world and to be his voice when someone is in desperate need of an encouraging “word”.

To be the hand that reaches out when everyone else has walked away. This quality takes time to acquire, for it is the master’s way. To put others needs above your own. To serve with a smile when you are lonely and hurting and have no place of your own. To give your best when you are down to your last to someone who is starving when you have no idea when you will have means for yourself. These are qualities of God’s command to love others as he has so completely loved us.

All of the above takes time to acquire, to become the person that God wants you to become. To see yourself as a means to an end, as a vessel, a conduit for God’s provisions and pure love to flow through like rain drops without any conditions or restraints. To be the person that thinks and acts like this requires a humble, selfless nature like our Lord Jesus Christ. Who gave His life so that we can have ours more abundantly for all eternity.

To die to that old sinful nature and to be born again of the “spirit” clothed with the new clean, fresh garment of God’s Faith, unconditional love, unmerited grace and his tender mercies. These things my friend takes time. It is a process and to many, a life time process. But I assure you the end results is truly worth the wait and when the process is finished you will be saying, again and again, thank you God! “For The wait was not in vain”.

With Humble Thanks and Best Regard’s!

The Waiting Isn’t In Vain

by August Expressions

The waiting isn’t in vain people of God physically and the waiting isn’t in vain people of God spiritually. I know that feeling on the inside is saying rush the process but we must remember that He is taking us through the process to be truly blessed. We must take it one day at a time and we must take it step by step with heavens prep. Now all we can do is let Him be God in our circumstances and in our trials.

Beloved, If you want to develop a personal relationship with this Jesus or rededicate your life to Him, please read and embrace the scripture below, then repeat the brief prayer under the scripture

Scripture: Romans 10:9-10 KJV:

  • That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved.
  • For with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness; with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.

Brief prayer:
Lord Jesus, I believe that you died on the cross for my sins and was raised from the dead. I now repent of my sins and ask that you come into my life and save me, creating the vessel you desire for me to be in Jesus’s name, Amen!
